The Forest property was a 50-50 JV with Imco Res, now called Meridian Peak Res as of Sept/95. If this jv is still in tact it must be on the back- burner as both companies are proceeding with seperate projects. Lawrence Barr is a director of both AMC and MRK. I think you'll find that the latest market activity on MRK is related to issues other than the Forest property. Hope this helps. Leonard
