Not only did APCO put in a strong day with the Dow off major points all day, but I noticed that the Ask Size was kept bigger than the Bid Size all day, also. There was always enough supply of stock kept available for sale so that the price couldn't break out to the upside. It certainly looks like well-planned accumulation going on.
