Mohan and ALL, This has been one frustrating day. It was bad enough with inflation raising its head. Now Paine Webber's downgrades Dell
on a day when the market is being hammered. Is this not obvious intent to manipulate a stock a couple days before its earnings?? I find this most disgusting and criminal. We should all write a quick note to the sec and to Paine Webber telling them that we will not use their brokerage services and tell everybody how crooked they are.

We all know what happened with Dell after Niles. Does Paine Webber have some kind of inside information that spells trouble for shareholders? Michael Dell did not give any warning of inferior earnings and I am sure he is a bit more skilled this time around. If this company does not deliver good news on Tuesday after the bell, Dell and its founder will be forever tarnished and hated. There will be much damage assessment over this weekend and the stories will be spinning in the press over the period.

Thanks again for many of your responses last evening. I am again asking everyone after today's action what they plan to do with Dell on Monday and the day after earnings. This situation is about crisis management as we are in a potential mine field over the next couple of days.

Thanks
Frank
