But that's not what the powers that be said to Mr. Gary Dale Hoke a few weeks ago when he tried his little churning at an opportune moment. He was charged with securities fraud not to mention a lawsuit by Bloomberg! And that's what stink's about it in my opinion! They (brokers,news & goverment officials) can cause use (John Q public) millions and were expected to just shrug our shoulders and be patient til they decide to put out a dribble of honesty! But I guess your right that's just the way it is, unethical. TTOSBT
