Japanese households snapping up PCs Frank: I thought the whole stock market business is a legalized (sometimes not so legalized) racket,they all do it,we just have to play the game if we want in on it,this is my thinking.It is good to bitch at them though like we do here,it may not do any good but hey it feels good for one thing.
