Duma will not get rid of Yeltsin. According to Russian constitution,
that I doubt if some members of Duma have ever read,then there the
impeachment has to go to three committees and finally to the Supreme Cour, where all judges are hand-picked by Yetlsin.
He can be impeached but not removed.

The danger is not the impeachment, the danger is the civil war! Do you
realize what that signifies?
