Valid concerns , hopefully AAPL's sales squad visits Sears before CompUSA

Performa mess , that's a worry but this venture is a second time around for AAPL and Sears , who both have "recovery minded" executives .

With all due respect for your prudent purchase of a iMAC , it appears to be a high profit item , and as you state easy to sell .

I'd guess the "easy" and "high profit" features got Sears attention who also plans to sell (USB ?) printers and software .

AAPL's plan to send sales trainers to CompUSA was in the Sears announcement and suggests it will be available to Sears .

Yeah Bob Villa could sell them without sales training but maybe he is helped by that hammer in his tool belt .

Your thought to sample selling iMACs at Sears is terrific .
