Dale, RE: RACE, I agree, the only thing I can say is that there is a lawsuit pending with LU, so if there is any value at all in their patents and LU sees any commercial viability, it might be cheaper for them to buyout RACE, but I can't imagine much of a "premium" over today's price. You know the saying, better a lean settlement than a fat lawsuit. bp
