-Fourth Quarter Earnings Projections On Target-

San Francisco, CA (May 14, 1999): TotalAxcess.com, Inc. announced today effective Monday May 17, the Company will begin trading under the new ticker symbol TXCI. Formerly Group V Corporation, (OTC: GRPV) the name change was announced in conjunction with a strategic consolidation of its subsidiary enterprises.

TotalAxcess.com Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Monterosso stated, "We are on target this quarter to meet or exceed our revenue goal of $6 million in monthly sales by calendar year end. Our gross revenue projections are based on the substantial pre-paid phone card contracts currently in house, with additional sales anticipated from a number of large contracts with new customers to be announced in the near future."

The consolidation of the Company's subsidiary interests is expected to streamline operational efficiency while maintaining cost control measures from centralized operations management. Combined with the relocation of the Company's switching equipment and debit platforms, it is expected that fourth quarter results will show an estimated 10-15% reduction in costs which will ultimately add to the bottom line.

In addition to providing competitively priced long distance services for business and residential applications, the Company's relocation has secured a competitive advantage based on aggressive per minute rates, and will enable expanded pre-paid business with leading pre-paid phone card distributors throughout the country.

Monterosso continued, "Our fourth quarter earnings will reflect the sales efforts of the last six months and give testament to the tremendous success we are experiencing as a reorganized and newly focused company. We have established a new telecommunications management group that anticipates delivering the best possibly priced product to high volume retail outlets and will implement a wholesale phone minutes business segment within the quarter."

The Company has reported a refined focus on the marketing and sales of its existing core products while embracing an Internet marketing and E-commerce strategy.

TotalAxcess.com, Inc. (a publicly traded company OTC:TXCI) is a diversified telecommunications company specializing in some of the world's most profitable market segments including one plus, toll free long distance and pre-paid phone card products.
