Strange, because this is what I found: This is from a company called PRICE Communications and it trades on the AMEX with a ticker symbol: PR. It is currently at $14. Included in other assets are investments in notes receivable, which include the following: During 1996, the Company loaned $1,000 to the Hamilton Group LLC ("Hamilton") in the form of a Promissory Note bearing interest at the rate of 6% and payable on December 31, 1999. The maturity date is extendable at the Maker's option until December 31, 2001. A Director of the Company is a participant in Hamilton. During 1997, the Company set up a reserve for the full amount of this note. I wonder if Steven Price and Robert Price (the pres/ceo of Price Communications) are related? Jordex involved in the communication/internet industry???? david
