DaiTN-I have not received a "preliminary proxy statement",but then again I have not been a shareholder as long as you.Plus I haven't checked my P.O. Box in two days.As far as shares outstanding,I believe that amount to be around 11Mil.The float is 5.5Mil.(the float amount is from the CEO himself).I believe we found the outstanding shares amount in the 9810K.Someone correct me if I'm wrong.You have to remember,BETT was issuing(certain) restricted shares right up till May of this year.How much that impacts the total outstanding shares I couldn't say.I'm sure you'll find your answers at the shareholders meeting.Take care.
