From John Kaiser last report

The search for a new direction is spearheaded by Hamilton Group's Bill Staudt, who has been credited with finding new life for a Nasdaq shell

I have been trying to figure out what shell this was for a while. The guys at JDX said they didn't know the symbol but said Hamilton took it from a shell to double digits in just over a year.

I'm not up on all the history of PR. It did go $1 to $15 in a year and a half. It also looks like it was a shell that found a deal. Could this be the company? Just wanted to know so I can figure out how Hamilton operates.

In May, 1997, Price and Price Communications Wireless, Inc. ("PCW"), a wholly owned indirect subsidiary, entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") with Palmer Wireless, Inc. ("Palmer"). The Merger Agreement provided, among other things, for the merger of PCW with and into Palmer with Palmer as the surviving corporation (the "Merger"). In October 1997, the Merger was consummated and Palmer changed its name to "Price Communications Wireless, Inc."

Best Regards
