While A Joint Venture with a Major would undoubtably add credibility to the Company and the Property, it would not necessarily "boost" the price of the stock significantly

Bully, I agree with your statement. We are non-reporting, OTC BB, and possibly considering financing through CDCH which would be viewed by many as less than an arms length arrangement. These were the facts I was considering when suggesting a higher price due to a JV agreement. I know a JV agreement per se does not mean a higher price, every deal and situation is different.
