Robert, Found their 8-K report for 2/21/97. Another REG S debenture in the making last month! This one is for $450,000.00. Not that big but it is for 8% and can begin conversion process in 45 days from 2/18/97. So in early April the overseas speculators can begin to convert their debentures to common for 8%. This deal seems less harmful than the previous deals but nonetheless it will create more common at some time in the future. Any longtime gold experts out there that could give us some advice on these precedings and how it may affect stock values? Remember the high volume day recently? I think that corresponded with the profitablity news which I cannot find but then the writedown news seem to turn us back down. Need help with this analysis. billybob
