Gary, Thanks for the post and if I may I'd like to add a
little to one part of it. About the contract with Joe the
150,000 shares are not given to him just outright I don't
believe, they are options and warrants that he can purchase
these shares as noted in a paragraph following the chart you
referred to on page 38. I'll paste it here:

<(7) Includes warrants to purchase 150,000 shares of common
<stock at an exercise price of $.75 per share. Mr. Theismann
<is a spokesperson for Financial Intranet.

So Joe can make a small amount off of these shares after an
investment by him or he can really do FNTN a great job of
promoting the company and increasing the share price and make
a larger amount off of his investment.
Kinda like his pay will be based somewhat on how good a job
he does for the company.
I believe Exhibit 10.30 at the following address has the whole contract with him and outlines his required performance during
the year.
