Bridges Initiatives name change to Bridges.com Bridges.com Inc BIT Shares issued 8,799,250 May 13 close $4.90 Fri 14 May 99 Change Name On April 7, 1999, shareholders approved a name change from the Bridges Initiatives Inc. to Bridges.com Inc. on the basis of one new common share for each one old common share held.
