Better take 4 and run.

This market is saturated with minor players with
no discernable edge to push them over the top. VCSI
didn't have a chance on their own. Give 'em
credit for doing better than most, and they'll be
a credit to Philips...but hey, outside of their
lightbulbs...even Philips is challenged.
