Great results. Diluted EPS still has a potential to be .16+. But the timing of a share issue. Couldn't they have waited til Q1 results moved up the share price? They must have had this financing in the works for a while. Share dilution is a concern. Hopefully the financing will help further growth leading to higher earnings and a higher PE multiple.
