A buddy of mine suggested that I do that. However, I was able to negotiate a return of the memory by buying a computer. For me, this was a better option than not paying the bill and having the battle drag on and on and on... An "insider" over at Yahoo says that he checked with the company and found out that I was offered a return of the memory for a 15% restocking fee. That isn't true but I am in the process of emailing the company to find out what their policies are in this regard. The customer service guy told me that they would not take the memory back but, even if they did, the restocking fee would make it not worth my while. He did not specify an amount. Best wishes...Tom
