Securities holders of At Home, including Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (Nyse:GS) and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. (Nyse:MWD) , may offer and sell the debentures or the series A stock, the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission said, adding that At Home would not receive any cash from the sale of either the debentures or the stock.
Other At Home securities holders who may offer and sell debentures include General Motors Corp.'s (Nyse:GM) Employees Global Group Pension Trust, NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, and Warburg Dillon Read, the filing said.
On December 28, 1998, At Home received about $222.4 million from the sale of the debentures to the initial buyers. It intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures
