Tom, wanna know ?? Ok I can fill in here.. Bioprogress Intl. ticker BPRG is (better :was) another former shell company that was formerly controlled by Mr. Mark Pierce under the name "Famous Sams". What a coincidence <g>. However their reverse merger is already completed and went thru smoothly. I don't want to endorse or dis-endorse them but they recently changed to a Big5 accounting company. They (BPRG) seem to be a venture company with product & patents with regard to "gels" in health/nutrition. Check it out on the SEC-Edgar site. everything's there. Mr. Tompkins seems to have filed the correct filing (8-K for MIDL) but used the wrong signature line. Hmm. Not easy with all those former shells - can be pretty confusing <G> Regarding change of Auditor I almost certainly think (my personal opinion, !! Im just reasoning herE) that within a short amount of time they will change auditor to "Hunter & Haliburton". I'm pretty sure this will be due, I could be wrong - it's just a guess but an informed one.. best regards CROSSY
