The investorline web site is always a day late updating transactions. Thus, if you sold on Wednesday the transaction would only appear Friday Morning. This might explain the case at hand. You put in the order 15 minutes before close and by the time it got on the floor, let's just say 5 minutes later, the stock had jumped to 9.70 which was the price at which they sold it at. They always try to get the best possible price available for a client although not always true.
