Greg, The "old CEO" has joined an entrepreneurial group of five people who are doing financed based transactions. We are doing risk based debt financing, start up financing and looking at some interesting projects such as financing a golf course and some possible real estate development in Minnesota. Other than that he keeps his ear to ground in the FC world and keeps a generally low profile. I believe the current management is strong, focused and there are enough of them that they can successfully do their job. I believe it is very important to have a CEO, a COO to manage the day to day, a CFO and seperate senior people in sales and marketing. Ken has put together a strong team and I might add that he handled my seperation with extreme courtesy and professionalism.
