How the merger will affect our shares:

I called the company and spoke to Craig Gitlitz today. He said that PAMC shareholders will keep the same number of shares after the merger that they have the night before the merger. They will simply wake up the next day with shares carrying the new name and symbol.

The shareholders of HealthAxis.com (of which PAMC owns approximately 75%) will exchange their shares for shares of PAMC. The number of shares that they receive will be simple math, based on the valuations put on the two companies by the investment bankers when they finish their evaluations.
