Gerald: regarding "Financial Improprieties" by Dolgroff. You seem to have been a long time investor with PJTV - DO you know any details of the financial improprieties that Dolgoff was allegedly involved with which resulted in his termination from the company? Most likely this information was not made public, but perhaps some information was released at the time of termination. Does anyone know how many shares of PJTV Dolgoff owns, if any still? I read somewhere he had 200,000 shares. Is there anyone out there that can provide more information?
