Tim -- I doubt that we will ever know--- If we are to live in a true democracy then we must doubt the rhetoric of our leaders.. They should be answerable to us. We should not be under any obligation to give them the benefit of the doubt. History is abundant with examples of lying leaders... This constant thread that our leaders are bumbling and making mistakes to forgive them for any atrocities is not wise IMHO... OOps we bombed some civilians,, oops we bombed an embassy, oops oops.. None of us would accept such BS if we were getting our house renovated.... Sorry Tim,, 50 / 50 is the best I would give it.. They found out that you would throw tomatoes at a wall.....
