OVERVIEW
eteeoff.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Camflo Resources Ltd. is embarking on a mission to revolutionize the golf tee-off reservations system by building the premier golf portal on the Internet. eteeoff.com's objective is to be the world's leading source for reservations, travel packages, and golf-related products and services. Today, one of the biggest golf frustrations besides a slice or a hook, is getting a tee-off time. The eteeoff.com Tee-off Reservation System (TRS) will eliminate this frustration.

With the objective to be the premier golf portal on the internet, eteeoff.com will attract visitors to its site through an aggressive marketing campaign both on and off the web. By forming strategic alliances with major golf product and service providers, eteeoff.com plans to become the primary e-commerce golf site on the Internet.

$ 50 BILLION GOLF INDUSTRY
The $50 billion global golf industry offers exciting opportunities for dynamic e-commerce companies. On May 11, 1999 the National Post reported that growth in the game of golf continues to be driven by aging baby boomers. Analysts say that the amount of golf played by an avid golfer doubles or triples after the age of 50, which points to substantial future growth in the golf industry. According to the 1999 McKinsey and Company survey, "A Strategic Perspective on the Future of Golf," there exists a huge latent demand of 41 million Americans (more than 150% larger than the entire current golf market) who want to play golf, but feel restricted for various reasons.

E-commerce continues to develop at an explosive rate. The Piper Jaffray Research Group estimates that the total value of goods and services purchased over the Web grew from US$315 million in 1995 to more than US$16.4 billion in 1998, and will increase to more than US$228 billion by 2001.

The golf industry to date has been slow to grasp the Internet opportunity, until now. Although the patrons of golf are a very sophisticated and affluent customer group, as well as the largest segment of the leisure travel market, golf is just now breaking away from its long conservative tradition and getting set to enter the year 2000 as a significant force in e-commerce. The picture of the lively golf pro happily penciling a member's tee time into a large scratch pad is quickly being replaced with efficient pre-paid electronic tee reservation systems.

eteeoff.com will give golf courses more control of their tee time inventory and golfers more control over their time selection. The typical golfer with above average income, is more likely to have access to the Internet, both at work and at home. Now golfers can scan courses locally and around the world, check available tee-times and then book reservations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all without having to call the pro shop.

ELECTRONIC TEE TIME RESERVATIONS
Currently there is no central database capable of handling tee time reservations for the many thousands of golf courses worldwide. eteeoff.com is building the Tee-Time Reservation System? (TRS) that will enable golfers to book a tee time at any golf destination around the world. eteeoff.com will offer golf courses an interface to a global distribution system, which, for the first time, will allow golfers to choose any golf destination through one web site. Through the eteeoff.com site, visitors will be able to search for their golf course of choice, immediately book tee times for their golf adventures using a secure credit card transaction, and then open the door to travel packages, including airline ticketing and hotel reservations.

RESERVATIONS DATA HUB WITH DYNAMIC TEE-TIME PRICING
Tee times and booking sheets are close to the heart of all golf pros, owners and managers, but no two golf courses maintain identical reservation policies, procedures and systems. There is a growing desire for golf courses to link their internal management systems with multiple booking sources and a worldwide market. eteeoff.com's Reservations Data Hub? (RDH) will allow golf courses to interface with multiple Internet and GDS (Global Distribution System) travel agent reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo/Apollo, World Span and Sabre) for the first time. This will benefit both travel agents seeking additional revenue sources and customer referrals, as well as golf courses looking for exposure to over 1.6 million travel agents. eteeoff.com's Reservation Data Hub will also allow golf courses the option of utilizing eteeoff.com's Dynamic Tee-Time Pricing? (DTP) software. This software will allow golf courses to maximize their revenues by varying pricing according to demand (ie: time of day, day of week, group discounts, frequent player programs). While this process is standard for most airlines, it is potentially revolutionary for golf courses.

THE eteoff.com E-COMMERCE HUB

Consumer e-Commerce
Golfers love their toys. e-commerce provides virtually unlimited opportunity for the golfer to explore new products and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. eteeoff.com's Tee-Time Reservation System?, will draw thousands of golfers to the Company's web site to book tee-times, who are then prime candidates for hotel and flight reservations and the on-line purchases of golf products and services.

Business to Business e-Commerce
eteeoff.com will use its consumer e-commerce presence as a platform and international gateway to target the vast business to business e-commerce market. The backbone of this strategy will be eteeoff.com's e-commerce hub, which will allow golf course pro-shops to combine their collective purchasing power to effectively compete in the market place.

eteeoff.com believes that electronic commerce presents an excellent business opportunity due in part to the newness of the industry, and more importantly the booming golf products category. The market is wide open for a new participant to take a leadership role. Long term, eteeoff.com expects on-line sales of golf-related products to generate the bulk of its revenues. By controlling the e-commerce hub, eteeoff.com will receive a combination of user and transaction fees.

Golf Travel
Golf and related travel is one of the largest revenue segments within the leisure industry, which is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world. Golfers are among the most sought after demographic groups in terms of purchasing power and willingness to adopt to new buying patterns such as e-commerce. eteeoff.com is developing strategic relationships with golf travel partners, including links to international hotels and resorts.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCES AND JOINT VENTURES
eteeoff.com's recently announced joint venture with World Golf, one of the first and largest providers of golf related content on the Internet. With World Golf, eteeoff.com is immediately able to offer site visitors some of the best on-line golf information and links available on the web. World Golf provides eteeoff.com instant access to the international golf community with a database of more than 10,000 golf courses and resorts in some 30 countries worldwide.

eteeoff.com is currently pursuing other golf-related strategic alliances, joint ventures and acquisitions to increase e-commerce traffic through eteeoff.com's golf network hub.

eteeoff.com ADVISORY BOARD

An advisory board of prominent golfers and advisors is being formed to assist eteeoff.com in the strategy and implementation of its mission to be the premier tee-time reservations and e-commerce golf site on the web.

With very few publicly traded golf internet stocks available, eteeoff.com should attract significant investor attention as it rolls out its operational strategy in the months ahead
