Prudential analyst Doug Crook said he raised his rating on ORCL to strong buy from accumulate. While other analysts have trimmed their fiscal 1999 4Q and fiscal 2000 earnings views, Crook maintained his estimates. He is estimating 4Q earnings of $0.35 and fiscal 2000 earnings of $1.03. (Dow Jones)
