Victor - Oh yeah I do indeed believe it. It is afterall another one of those big time nothing announcements. Looks like the public is waking up to that fact too. Gee look at the price ($.17). Another small time announcements like this will get this thing down to a dime a share. People want SWIM contracts but that is most likely wishful thinking.
