russett to AriKirA,

Nope,... if you put in the order on Wednesday, and its filled on Wednesday before close, it shows up on my transactions on Thursday, unless they are having problems updating,...which they are not having currently,...but they certainly had these problems in the past. Stockwatch proved the transaction went through on Thursday on open,...and they admitted it. They actually admitted they were having execution problems on Wednesday in the last half hour.

Nesbitt is getting better and better executing the transactions. They must have different priority levels for active traders. I am now getting amazing service, both by phone and by internet. I can now put orders in on Toronto and have them filled in less than 1 minute, even at close,...but not on open. The frenzy at open is still a challenge for them.

If I phone them now, I get on some preferential line which gets answered by a real person in less than a minute. If I go through the normal phone service without identifying my account number first, I get the normal hold forever service.

Perhaps we must start crediting them with some improvements in their service.

cheers, russett
