A good way to discredit a person's or group's movement is to declare
that currently no effect can be detected or measured, and flag this
as proof of their misguided premise.

Very effective this approach, and used very skillfully by many to win
battles that would not be won if fought open and clean with rules.

Its really just a scream by someone afraid, and others can be effected
very strongly and act as if the battle is already lost.

GATA's activity has been counted very strongly to not only prevent its
movement from identifing the forces to keep the price of gold low,
but also to discredit GATA by letting it makes predictions that will not
come to be. Mis-information, used thru out history. Everyone wants to
be on the winning side and sometimes its easier to identify the looser
to be than the winner to be.

MGR and Dave Webb will be winners eventho many think not because the
only information easy to view adds up to a negative value. Add in the
other information not open to the general public, and its success to be.
