I read the shareholder proxy stuff from MDIX and something bothers me. Looks like Yero's keeps lowering the strike price for his warrants. Looks like he is ensuring he keeps making money. Here is a company that year after year the stock price keeps going lower and lower, but did you look at his salary??? Keeps going higher and higher. I don't mind giving CEOs raises, but I think they should be paid based on performance. Last year he even gave himself a BONUS!!! For what???

I say, let's get some new blood in the company.
