In Re: "Clinton deciding whether to cut Yugoslavia Internet access from Loral satellite" Thoroughly bad idea. A black eye and bad rep for American industry would be the result far into the future; we'd be handicapped in getting contracts for a LONG time, esp. in competition with foreign comm. bidders; in the back of every mind would be the memory of America pulling the plug in communications and the realization that we could do it again.
