Vic--- I was unaware Rosen said they were already in talks with underwriters. Now WHICH ONES can make a huge difference! TIMING is 50% of the deal and luck the other 50%. If we notice big changes to AV it would be an indication it is on the way--- it could be another thing they tried to put on a back burner but ran out of burners.

I agree the selection process for a CEO is difficult and time consuming. If it will hava a big effect on operations they need another committee to PREselect a few and allow the office of CEO to review their findings and make the decision. That is the first thing I heard/read that sounded wishy-washy.
