Maybe they realized that they are going to have to do everything they can to get shares now. Just think that if CitX deal does not go through then CBQ saves one heck of a lot of stock dilution that would have been done, restricted yes but still dilution. I think that this is very likely right now. The DD has not been done for the deal and various other reasons.

Gary, I know that you know all this stuff but for the benefit of those who don't. :)

For anyone that was thinking that 60mil that Bernie was counting on in the first 6-12 months think about this. That was gross, but gross of what? Intrapay does each transaction based on a fee per transaction. The transactions could have been huge but the fee per transaction was less than the cost of a postage stamp. The market likely was played on the confusion here and the latest release by CitX.

By now people should know that GLP is not going to deal only with oil and gas equipment but use what CBQ has and continue to grow the company. Don't be suprised if GLP has some changes involving their present web site, if it stops working or changes don't panic. Remember that they want to be able to integrate the bid4it in the best way possible to be able to handle multiple markets. I would expect more info out next week to make the picture clearer on just what is going on with the mergers.

There are more irons in the fire and news will come out when they can release it.

Maybe the market will present us with another great buying opportunity like it did a few weeks ago.
BTW, any idea how far away a margin call might be?

:)
