White I am impressed ... You are right we already have 10% of CitX when we acquired Priority One. Priority One holds the software that Intrapay uses. SO basically will still get royalties from that along with 10% of Citx which is effectively only 10% less than if we give 60M shares to Bernie.

Bernie tried to snooker CBQ it looks like with all this spinning off of assets. Where GLP was on the table and Bernie does not come close to what GLP will do with their contacts, partners and influence. May take a week or so for Rick to get his feet wet but it will happen.... Fort Worth Telegram is doing an article on this company now that Rick and his staff have taken over the operations of the company.

Just have to let the emotional do what they got to do. You get these types in every stock.
