Early drop this morning was due to inflation fears as CPI showing surprising gains.

The late drop was probably due to the sale from former STB shareholders who were informed this afternoon that their shares had been exchanged and were available to trade. Over the next week more of these holders will be notified so it may be a rocky ride.
