I forgot to mention, Lucent needs to fill a gap in it's routing space. COMS currently has some routing code. But I still feel it will be Siemens because of the European's wanting to stay in the loop. Look at the French Alcatel who just picked up XYLAN. Also GEC who picked up Fore. There is major consolidation going on and the Europeans want to be around to take advantage of this Billion dollar industry. They all had booths in Networld Interop. Mark
