What sort of person do you have to be to run a stock fraud? Hemispherix Biopharma (HEB) is a horrendous medical fraud which is being covered by Manuel Asensio. I have no position in the company, but after reading Asensio's latest report I became absolutely livid. "Dr." William Carter - the scumbag cockroach who is the president of this vehicle to separate the gullible from their money, makes your everyday medical stock crooks like Joe Podolski (ZONA) and Darby McFarlane (CCSI) look like comic relief in comparison. Read Section 1, subsection 4 of the following report regarding Dr. Carter and an HIV patient named Peter Frost: asensio.com As I never really followed this company, I was unaware of this until I read Asensio's report. I nearly threw up.
