I don't think a quarter is fully priced in yet. I'm not convinced the Fed is tightening next week. The bond market is already tightening for them. Greenspan likes to wait for a pretty solid case but then comes with a more comprehensive series of actions. So at this point I think he will not go preemptive and await at least a few more confirmations. Just a hunch.
