I think it is worth a reminder that last year, DGIV advertised in IBD, and then had a series of PRs following the advertisement. Granted, things were subsequently delayed in terms of completion of deals. What if the deals are now (finally) getting done and DGIV is now following the same tried-and-true formula, first the publicity campaign and then the announcements??? Of course, this time, the announcements would be for the signed/completed deals, which would make the company much more attractive to investors? and don't forget the official filings, which we have been told is a priority for the company officials and are getting done at this very moment!!
