Hi Bryan,

Taylor Made? I'm not sure whether the renewal deal has been done. One guy I spoke to at Carbite indicated that he understood the deal had been done. From what I understand, Carbite continues to make the inserts for Taylor Made but I'm not certain.

The share value slid back a bit mid-week. Should've bought at $1.95 but you know how it is........no free monetary units...... At $1.95 I think we are looking at a multiplier of ñ25 on the 1996 trailing earnings. Seems kinda low for a stock of this type and the potential for growth in one of the fastest growing leisure markets.

I believe the stock will remain flat until the VSE signs off approval on Carbite's acquisition of the remaining 50% of Carbite Inc. in San Diego and Carbite's acquisition of the ViperBite Infomercial company. Until then, promotion in the States, where the market for this stock exists, cannot be undertaken. So once the VSE is done, I expect we will see a significant pop in the company's exposure and share value.

The VSE approval is expected - like yesterday? - You know - "any day now"......we wait till then.

over and out for now

Bill
