Pete,
The reason the merger was delayed was several reasons that I am not privileged to speak about just yet, but IPM is not dead yet.
The only one left at IPM is John Yellich and he is still attempting to save IPM. I am not able to place his phone number on the thread at this time, but I will find out from him if he wants to let out his number.
I am glad you went ahead a bought Maxamm I wish all IPM share holders would have done the same because I believe with Maxam receiving the 30 million there is now no way to fail, and keep in mind that Peoria 7 and south are only about 15 % of the area that Maxam has.
