SB,..Re:.Of course, they failed to pre-announce the revenue shortfall for the last quarter. So, one can never be sure how these things will turn out. Sometimes it's not apparent there will be a shortfall until the quarter has actually ended. Also, sometimes the quarter ending corresponds with the beginning of the quiet period. If they don't deliver this quarter, I think its time to consider a class action lawsuit. Litigation should be only a solution when deceit is involved and preferably used only if absolutely conclusive evidence found. JMHO, Lee
