INTCfan - i think that your note to paine webber is reasonable...i copied/pasted it and sent it to them as well. on the very off chance he is right, we don't look whiners...more likely, he'll look like an idiot to have downgraded dell now, when all of us "little people" knew better...i think that the more of us who send this type of note to them before tues, the better...eventually, someone will probe into and punish this type of manipulation...thanks, GR
