JADEF / Call Me Krzy. . .I cannot tell you what to do, nor should you want me to do so. . . .
I call them as I see them, for the benefit of those whose vision may be impaired.
1. You are correct that investors avoid F status companies, due to difficulty in verifying the financial data and comparing accounting methods used. Nothing to do with patriotism. . .but many scammy companies are getting U.S. offices opened, JUST so they can get that F dropped from their trading symbol. That makes them misleading. If your company is doing same, then they are willfully misleading the public. If they are not doing that, then they have nothing to worry about.
2. I agree that the item you quoted: "We feel the Company now has the manufacturing capacity to grow to $65,000,000 in sales has no financial basis. . . they do not show the rate of growth of their competition, nor do they project future sales based on their own past sales. . . they just pull a figure out of the sky and ask us to believe it, because E-commerce is "growing." That is EXACTLY what OTC BB scam companies do. If you insist, I could dig further into the company to see if it has more scammy qualities, but frankly I think I would be wasting my time. There are PLENTY of GREAT companies to invest in . . . .we really don't need any more.
3. Show us a website. . . after two companies spent a year developing, show us the home page of the website with empty links. Pointing to PlayCo was argumentative. They announced they were going online and within a matter of weeks had their first site up and running and here we are 6 weeks later looking for their second site to open any day now.
Deny what you will. We have spent enough time on this company. You asked me if I was interested. The answer is no.
Again, will it go up? Yeah, sure. . .why not? Am I interested in jumping in and joining the party? Not with all those red flags. . . and I barely scratched the surface of DD. . . didn't even start cracking open Edgars yet. Have you?
Best wishes on all your investments.
