Open remarks to any SEC official monitoring this board: We are all small investors here who have a substantial part of our portfolios/life savings invested in this company. My understanding is that one of your reasons for existence is to "protect" the small investor. Well, the recent suspension of DCI trading has "cast a pall" over this company and the value of our investment. If DCI has satisfactorilly met the concerns of the SEC, then I feel it is incumbent upon you as an agency working in behalf of the small investor to announce it in a press release in the manner in which the suspension was announced to the investing public. To paraphrase Al Pacino in the Godfather II: "It is now time to clear DCI's name with the same vigor with which you besmirched it" We all are satisfied that DCI mgt has our best interests in mind. If you really want to go after mobsters who have raped & pillaged their shareholders, why not go after the Delgiorno's & Aransons of the world over at CCEE????? Respectfully submitted by a concerned taxpayer.... V
