MICHAEL DELL OR REPS PLS READ THIS POST: DellFan - i was talking with donnie yesterday about dell's earnings announcement dates always being 1) a day after hp's, 2) near an FOMC meeting, 3) during an options expiration week, and 4) after the majority of other cos' earnings reports, which means the positive hype has been replaced with betw earnings fears of interest rates, etc... we decided that MD needs to consider changing the timing of dell's earnings reports... I AM SURE THAT ONCE HIS PEOPLE READ THIS POST, MD WILL CHANGE HIS EARNINGS CALENDAR TO BETTER CAPITALIZE ON THE SENTIMENT AND MOMENTUM IN THE MKTPLACE... :) afterall, they always get good advice from this thread, right? :) in response to your note about MD's cnbc interview, he definitely looked like the "cat who swallowed the canary"...and i like the way that this chat board has also (finally) decided not to hype earnings so much...we've placed our bets on dell to deliver, and they will imo...then the rally will really begin... :) cheers, GR
