I thought on the merger CC (which I did not listen to, but was reported to me by a friend) Pino was quite positive about next year,
but there was some adverse mention about Q3 this year, which certainly would bear merger costs and integration charges.

I am also skeptical about the future of their largest customer DIMD,
and not too sure about Next Level either. (Just look into DIMD on YAHOO.)

Also, it is certain that ACTM as a combined company will not come close to current estimates for this year because of combining operating losses of CMCI.

I still like the deal, especially if the CMCI Cortelco assets are good, as comments on a Cortelco IPO on YAHOO ACTM thread, in response to my open question, suggest could happen.
