Article in WSJ is somewhat dated. Details ALL taken directly from 4/30/99 Offer to Purchase document which all shareholders received. These details were reviewed by several firms and many legal types. Think WSJ article is great example of inflammatory journalism designed to sell newspapers. I'm devoting energy to nailing next takeover not worrying about Fore executives who drafted sweetheart deal for themselves that might be somewhat liberal but so what - a couple of months ago most of us would have sold FORE at $25 in a short heartbeat. Now the current $35 looks super to move on to next opportunity. The game is to keep scoring more runs! MAC
